Windows Live ID login issues are often a result of deactivation. If you do not log in using your Windows Live ID for more than 90 days, it will become inactive. Also, remember that you must use the same Windows Live ID to register for your Action Pack Subscription that you use to access the Partner Portal. Visit the Windows Live ID site for more help topics.
