From the 1st of September 2006, the children of Turkish workers in the UK can qualify for home fee status and financial support in the form of a grant or loan as a student. This applies to any Higher Education course starting after September 2006. If you are a new student you should complete form PN1 while continuing students should submit form PR1. These can be found in forms and guides.
