My organization is not approved to use the Air Travel Services Contract. Can I still use an Authorized Travel Agent?
Yes. Most airlines are not willing to extend the contract city pair rates to most non-state agencies. However, we encourage the use of the Authorized Travel Agent Services contract even if they can’t obtain the airline contract rate. The Authorized Travel Agents are also familiar with the State’s travel trends and will work hard on obtaining the lowest possible fares.
