My organization is authorized to mail at non-profit rates, how can we mail non-profit with Linemark?

We will need two things from you to process your mailing at non-profit rates: 1) your original authorization number given to your organization at the time the Post Office approved your non-profit status and 2) a letter of request to mail non-profit (typed or written on your company’s corporate letterhead). The form and the letter can be mailed (NOT FAXED) to Linemark. We will then submit the paperwork to our post office for approval.
