No. Official consortium applications are not accepted for Fast-Track grants. The exception to the one-application rule for consortium applications is relevant only to the Access to Artistic Excellence and Learning in the Arts categories. If you apply to the Challenge America Fast-Track category you may not submit a consortium application — or any other application — to the Access to Artistic Excellence or Learning in the Arts categories. Nor may you serve as the primary consortium partner in a consortium application submitted by some other organization. If you apply for a Fast-Track grant that is the one and only application that you are allowed.
