My order is not going through, or I’m getting an error message. What is the problem?
If your order is not submitting, or you’re getting a red error message in the final checkout area, this is normally an issue with your credit card or billing information. We use a secure online terminal to process your payments. However, in order for your order to submit successfully, you must use the correct billing address for the credit card you are using, and the credit card number, expiration date, and security code must all be entered correctly. If any one of these things (billing address, card number, exp date, security code) is not correct, the online terminal will not approve your transaction, and your order will not submit.
