My order hasn arrived and I now realise that I made a mistake with the delivery address / post code. What can I do?
We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the post due to an error in the delivery address supplied by you. I have just received an e-mail despatch confirmation. Where is my order ? The despatch note is your confirmation that your order, or part of your order, has been despatched and is now in the hands of the postal / courier service.
