My Optic/TidbiT logger fails to download to my Optic Shuttle. What can I do?
Rest assured, the Optic Shuttle will not relaunch a logger that it cannot download. Make sure that the logger and the shuttle are clean from any type of buildup, algae, dust. etc. Follow cleaning directions below. Verify that the shuttle, logger and coupler are aligned properly, and the magnet is still sitting in the small extension on the coupler. If you are still unable to download to the shuttle, try to download the logger to the base station. Record any error message that you receive from BoxCar Pro or LogBook software. Contact place of purchase for repair number, specify that you need the data retrieved.
