My online order didn go through because it said my Kinek address did not match my billing address. What should I do?
Credit card companies sometimes block orders from going through if the shipping address and billing address do not match. They do this as a safety precaution in case someone steals your card. However, if you would like to use a different address than your billing address, all you need to do is call your credit card company and let them know. They simply make a note in your file and your orders will no longer be blocked.
