Your firewall may be blocking access to Lorman’s media server where the audio file is hosted. Please have your IT team check to see if les.media.s3.amazonaws.com is being blocked. Adobe Flash 9+ with Javascript enabled is needed to view the program. Get Flash Here! If you are having trouble with the audio, check the volume levels on your computer, as well as on the program itself. If your slides are not advancing, hit the “sync” button below the slides. If you are still having problems, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-352-9540, 7:00am-5:30pm CST Monday-Friday.
