Version(s): 5, 6, 7 Versions 5, 6 and 7 use an older font style called EGA. Most newer video cards no longer support this older font style directly, and as such, may need software loaded to read the font style. This software may be obtained from the manufacturer of the video card, although in some cases it is possible that there will be no support. I installed SoftPlan and the mouse scroll wheel does not work for panning and zooming on the SoftPlan screen. Version(s): 12, 13 Be sure that the latest version of your mouse driver has been installed. Go to the manufacturer’s website, download and install the latest version of the driver that is available for your mouse. It is recommended to use the default settings for the mouse.
