My old version of Contact Plus allowed me to copy a contact within the same database, (for entering multiple contacts at the same company). Can I do this with Contact Plus Pro?

There is a way to enter a new contact and have the same info copy from the displayed contact to the new contact. This option is set by clicking on the SETUP menu, SCREEN menu, DATA ENTRY DEFAULTS menu. Go to the 2nd tab entitled DATA FORMAT and make sure that the option of Prompt to COPY FIELDS is checked.
