My Nokia Personal Handsfree (PHF) is not working – is it faulty?
In this instance we need to discover if it is the PHF or the phone that is faulty. We are able to do this quite easily by trying another PHF in the phone. If this works we know it is the PHF that is faulty and you will need to get a replacement. You have a 6 month warranty on the PHF, and should you have the correct proof of purchase we can exchenge the PHF for you like for like. If the PHF is not in warranty then we are able to supply you with one, prices starting at 7.99 upwards. If it is discovered that it is the phone that is at fault, then the likelyhood is that you will need a new bottom connector. We are able to carry out this repair on your behalf.
