My network does not have a connection to the Internet; can I still use Quark Licence Administrator?
You can use Quark Licence Administrator (QLA) without an Internet connection. When you order a Quark application, tell your customer service representative that you are not connected to the Internet. Your representative will request information about the computer on which you will install QLA. The representative will mail the licence file with your software order.
