My neighbours are constantly parking across my drive and blocking my access. Can anything be done to help?
If you cannot gain access to your property, either business or private, because of inconsiderate parking then obstruction has been caused and can be dealt with by the police. (08452 777444). Alternatively, white bar markings can be placed on the highway to highlight the access. Whilst these markings are not legally enforceable they can be very effective.
