Any vehicle, trailer, semi trailer, truck tractor, mobile home or watercraft that is in a state of deterioration in which it can not be profitably dismantled, salvaged for parts or restored to an operable condition is a violation of City Code. If at any time the vehicle becomes a hazard to the public health and safety, the property owner is in violation.
