In the case of writing your name in Vietnamese, since it does not seem a native Vietnamese name, you do not have to worry about any special mark or whatever, meaning, writing it as Yesenia is fine. Vietnamese does not have a system with regards to names/things that’s outside of the Vietnamese dictionary, unlike Chinese or Japanese. Sorry I cannot help you with the Cambodian part.
