My muvee does not playback smoothly during preview. Why?
If you have already made a muvee (but not yet saved it) and are previewing it in muvee autoProducer, playback during preview may be erratic for several reasons: Your computer is below the minimum specification required to run muvee autoProducer; The muvee may contain a lot of effects that require substantial processing power to display successfully in real time; If you have used high-quality DV-AVI format video files as input media, your computer may not be able to retrieve the necessary video segments fast enough. When you are previewing a muvee (prior to saving it), muvee autoProducer displays the muvee production in real time. The program actually extracts video segments from your original footage only when they are required to be displayed, and this operation is very processor- and hard disk-intensive. However, once you save your muvee production and your output is rendered to a file, subsequent preview and playback will be smooth.
