My Multicator is not pulling any substance?
There can be a few reasons for this to happen. The first thing to check is if your foot strainer in the bucket below the ceramic weight is blocked off. If so, remove trash and continue medicating. The next thing to check is your metering tip. If it is stopped up, it will not allow medicine to pass through. Blow it out if stopped up. The final thing to check is your off time setting. If you have a low off time setting and your water consumption is low, then the animals are not consuming enough water in that time period. Move your off time up by a half minute to a minute and try the cycle again. For instance, you have chickens that are one week old. It is the cold time of year and their water consumption is down. You set your timer to two minutes and notice that not much of your solution has left the bucket and you have concerns that the medicator isnt working properly.
