My mother / father is in a residential home at the moment, what do I need to do with their annual registration form?
If it is unlikely that they will be returning to the property, then they can register at their residential home (the manager will have been sent the registration form). If this is the case then please cross their name out, write that they have gone into residential care, and complete Section D if applicable.
