Oh man. I’m so sorry. No one on here can answer that. You need to be asking her doctor. Another piece of advice to give you, make sure she gets tested for celiac disease. It’s an autoimmune disease caused by gluten intolerance. It’s strongly linked with lupus so if she has this on top of the other conditions, it will cause her to deteriorate faster. The cure for it is a gluten free diet, so it’s definitely worth looking into. If she tests positive and goes on the diet it could help her recover some.
