I think she will need stitches, (if the cut is deep) to close the wound, but firstly the wound will need to be washed and antiseptic will need to be applied on it to prevent infection. Wrap the wound in gauze/bandage then take her to hospital.

keep pressure on it until the bleeding stops wrap it up and dont pour anything else on it go to the er or get professional medical assistant asap if the cut is deep enough and has the pro has told u that, she will need stiches, otherwise keep dressing the wound, so no infection can occur, you can bandage the ankle also because u have put mouth wash on the cut,( it has so kind of alcohol in it that can eat away at the cut) i suggest strongly to seek medical help NOW!!!
