There is no problem; some models start with such combinations of parameters that produce unstable climate (e.g. temperature rising/falling uncontrollably, the Earth turning into an iceball or boiling pot, etc.). This may happen – sometimes more often than other times. One purpose of this experiment is to establish the sensitivity complicated climate models (such as HadSM or HadCM) to various combinations of parameters. Thus, even if your model fails to reach the end of the run, you made a valuable contribution to the experiment – you confirmed that a particular set of parameters is unstable, and this is hgely important!
