Since FY99, all training data, including in-country and third-country, must be reported to Washington in TraiNet. If you do any U.S. based training, you must enter data into TraiNet as part of the process of requesting a J-1 visa for your participants. Please refer to ADS253 – Training for Development available here on the USAID web site for detailed requirements in tracking participant training data.
