It is possible that the rain sensor is not wired properly for your controller. The Toro GreenKeeper requires a “normally open” sensor input. Since we send the Mini-Clik from the factory in “normally closed” configuration, it requires a slight wiring modification for the GreenKeeper. To check if this has been done, look at the wires coming out of the Mini-Clik and confirm that the center wire labeled “normally open” has been connected to the copper-colored extension wire. If this is not the case, ask your installer to check it out.
