My messages keep disappearing. Whats going on?
You may be using the Conversation View, which groups messages by subject, showing only the most recent one for each subject. If you read a message and respond to it, your response will be the most recent one, and it might seem like you’ve “lost” the original message. Look for a small arrow to the left of a message. This indicates that there are more messages in the conversation. Click on that arrow to view the entire conversation. If you prefer your mail to be listed sequentially, you can change to Message View. To do this, select View > By Message on the Zimbra Toolbar.
