My Meridian 1 or Norstar phone used to work, but now has a problem. What should I do?
Switch the bad phone with another one in your office of the same type. (Make sure to include base cord that goes from wall jack to phone when changing.) If new phone works ok, then try changing base cord, handset and coil (cord that connects handset to phone) with bad phone to try and make good phone fail. If it does fail, replace the appropriate component.
