My media is damaged. Can YesVideo repair it?
YesVideo can repair damaged videotapes for a nominal fee. The charges will vary depending on whether a minimal repair or a full tape replacement is required for the transfer. For film reel transfers, our stand ard procedure is to splice your film into our 400-foot reels, so we can splice film that has ripped or broken at no additional charge. However, no repair is guaranteed. The media must be evaluated by one of our technicians to determine whether or not it can be repaired for a digital transfer.
