Heritage Auctions require a credit card on file in your profile to bid on their auctions. If you didnt enter a credit card number when you became a member of the Heritage Auctions web site, GavelSnipe will be blocked from bidding on your behalf and the auction will expire. To correct this situation, go to the HA.com web site->MyHeritage->MyProfile and click the link for Edit your: Credit cards on file with Heritage. Add your credit card information and click Submit.
