My managers and supervisors dont have time to take sessions now. Why cant I wait until next year?
The series will continue until the majority of UNI managers and supervisors have been trained. However, the sooner your managers take the training, the sooner your department will benefit from their experiences. Managers who want to keep their fingers on the pulses of their employees are encouraged to participate in Flight School and other parts of Soar! as early as they are able.
