My mailbox needs to be replaced. What do the Haddon Hall covenants require?
Haddon Hall homes are required to have like mailboxes, meaning black, medium (1.5) size, gold numbers and bands on a black post. Anything other than that requires an architectural request application and approval from the architectural review committee. There are at least two local vendors that carry mailboxes that fit the specs of the Haddon Hall covenants: Rodneys Custom Cut Sign Company in Holly Springs (919-362-9669) and Posts and Pickets of Raleigh (919-772-7170). Each recommends the following two boxes for Haddon Hall residents: The Gilbraltar 1.5 is a replacement for the Fulton mailbox that was installed when Haddon Hall was first built. Rodneys considers this a big improvement from the original and has received no complaints in the eight months it’s been stocked.
