My logo or other objects dissapear when I print a 2 sided card or a 2,4,6, or 8 up card layout. How do I resolve this?

One symptom is that the logo or image is too big. Try reducing the size of the logo saving it as a JPG then use it on the card. A file size of 100 or less is recommended. Also when printing to a network printer or over a network sometimes the logo will dissapear when multiple cards are being printed. If it dissapears often we recommend deleting the Pic 1 or 2 or 3 (persons picture) and deleting the logo. Next put the picture field (pic 1 or 2 or 3 whichever you are using normally pic 1) on the card first then add the logo by using insert image. Save the card. It should print fine. If it still does not resolve this we recommend using the printer locally on your machine or installing the latest printer drivers for that printer. However reducing the size of the logo seems to resolve the issue most of the time.
