My local Senior Rigger has a very well equipped shop, including the right equipment. Does the work have to be done by a Master Rigger or can a Senior Rigger with the right equipment do the work?
Compliance with SB1221 requires the work of a Master Rigger (or foreign equivalent) according to FAR Part 65.125 which states, in part: Certificates: Privileges.
