No! Utility contracts are very limited as to the parts and services they cover, and their servicemen are NOT “factory certified” in the service of Pulse Boilers. This means you may be voiding your warranty! Utility contracts offer no preventive maintenance, which means you can expect equipment failures. Equipment failures mean COLD nights!
