My Laserjet series II prints all black pages with three different Zerox toner cartridges. Is there a printer problem?
It could be the Zerox cartrdiges. We’d trust the Xerox trademark a lot more. If you get the problem with a known good cartridge, then it’s likely a high voltage problem. More importantly, if it’s not the cartridge, you can rest assured it IS a service problem. It can be fixed.. but requires a technician.
