The laboratory competencies can be found at www.weber.edu/cls. Click on the main menu, and then on Laboratory Competency Checklists. CLT courses will be 1000-2000 level, CLS 3000-4000. A mentor would be required to train the student in the skill required and make sure they achieve the level of competency associated with the skill. All of the didactic material is delivered through the online courses. Performing these skills needs to be learned on the bench in the students place of employment. Laboratory competencies should not be performed during the students working hours but on the students own time.
