My Keepeez LID seems to lose its vacuum seal quickly. What should I do?
Before placing the Keepeez LID on a dish, make sure the dish’s rim is free of cracks, food and debris. Cracks, food or debris on the dish’s rim can cause leakage between the rim and the LID, thus causing a loss of vacuum. If the dish’s rim has cracks, please switch to a different dish. If there is food or debris on the dish’s rim, please clean the dish’s rim with warm water and dish detergent. Cooking or overheating food in a microwave oven shouldn’t a damage Keepeez LID, however, such uses can cause the LID’s center to become flabby. If the LID’s center becomes flabby, washing it in a dishwasher or under hot tap water will remove the flabbiness. If there are no cracks, food or debris on the dish’s rim. Please check whether the transparent part of the LID was damaged or punctured by sharp objects during use. If so, please use a different Keepeez LID for the dish.
