My Kaleidescape installer has configured volume control, but the volume buttons are missing or aren working. What do I do?
The most likely cause is a configuration problem with your volume control setup. You must contact your Kaleidescape installer for help with volume control configuration. In a properly configured volume control setup, Remotescape will check for the settings at startup on our remote servers, and present the volume control buttons and interface if everything is licensed and working properly. These settings are stored on your iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch, so an Internet connection is not required once the initial settings are downloaded.
