If you are hosting your blog locally, provide the URL of where the xmlrpc.php file is located. For example, if the xmlrpc.php can be found at http://url/xmlrpc.php, enter http://url next to “Blog URL:”. If you have any add-ons on your blog that might block Jott from posting, make sure you have either turned them off or added Jott to their white list.
