My IT department installed FIT for me, when I open the program it doesn seem to like my serial number and unlock code and runs in Trial mode. What is the problem?

You have to install the program under the user that will use the program’s logon. Your IT staff should do the following: Log onto the computer as administrator Give the user who will be using FIT2000 local administrative rights Log onto the computer as the user Install FIT Log onto the computer as administrator Take away the administrative rights from the user FIT will now accept the serial number and unlock code and will run off of trial mode.
