Okay, this happened to me. Try holding the button on the top for like 30 seconds, then if it doesnt turn on, try holding the home button then keep holding it after 15 s then hold the top one at the same time, then let go of the home and do the top one for 15 s then keep hold of that then hold the home one at same time, then let go of top one, then after 10 let go of bottom, if it isnt on yet hold the top button for 30 s. Report back and ill try a different solution.
