My iPod doesn t have an on/off switch. How do I turn it off?
Your iPod is designed to turn off when you re not using it. After two minutes of inactivity or when your music is paused, iPod turns off by itself and remembers what you were doing. When you press any button, your iPod will turn on and bring you back to the menu or song that you had been previously playing. To turn iPod off manually, hold down the Play/Pause button for two seconds. With this method, iPod does not remember your previous location or song.
