My iPhone battery seems to be draining much faster while using Cisco Mobile 8.0. What could be causing this?
A. Similar to other iPhone applications, just running and using Cisco Mobile 8.0 and uses battery power. However, several settings in Cisco Mobile 8.0 can further contribute to a decline in battery power while it is idle. Check the following: Detailed logging—you only need this option enabled if you are collecting troubleshooting details to resolve problems using Cisco Mobile 8.0. Keep it disabled otherwise. Tap Settings > Troubleshooting and turn Detailed Logging OFF. Shake to Lock—if you are expecting an important work call, you might want this feature enabled to prevent your iPhone from entering sleep mode. Otherwise, you might want to disable it because activating the feature (by shaking your phone) can impact battery power. Tap Settings > General and turn Shake to Lock OFF.
