My invoice amount for shipping does not match the amount listed on auction page?
Shipping and handling charges are very clearly specified on each and every auction page. We also default our checkout to insurance charges on all orders. This helps us in ensuring you that your transaction will be completed safely and securely. Insurance can be removed by following the instructions on the checkout page where you choose the shipping option. You also count the highest price item as far as shipping and handling charges as item number 1, all other items you will use the additional item rates. Our checkout system will combine multiple item orders and calculate the exact shipping, handling and insurance charges due for your order. As stated on ad pages we do not offer discounts on multiple items won when buyers choose the ebay mandated budget shipping and handling. We charge the same amount per item for the budget shipping option and we do offer discounts when buyer upgrades to a faster shipping method.
