My industry is different…we need specialized training. How can an outsider be effective?
Yes, your industry is different. Your product or service is different. And, your target prospects are different. Industry specific training may actually hinder salespeople from attaining their maximum potential. Such training often presumes a certain set of circumstances and/or prospect behaviors which are no longer valid.
