We do not need consent forms from volunteers, students or parents that intermittently visit classrooms. However we would like consent forms from any regular teaching and professional staff (SEITs, Paraprofessionals, etc.) that are regularly in the classrooms. If this is a large number of people we will work with the program on a case by case basis to discuss who should submit consent forms. If necessary, teaching and professional staff in the classroom can complete a consent form the day of the observation.
