Here’s a quick trouble-shooter if you’re having difficulties logging in to the site. 1. Make sure you don’t have any pop-up blockers activated. They can disrupt entry through the third party password gate. 2. Enter your identity & password in lower case. 3. Make sure your firewall isn’t blocking access into the ‘protected zone’. 4. Make sure you spell your identity and password correctly. 5. Simply try again when the server is less busy.
