You are always responsible to satisfy your deductible prior to the insurance paying anything for your medical billings, in accordance with your insurance coverage contract. When you make an appointment, you will be asked about your current deductible amount used up to the point of your visit for your appointment. Our front desk will ask you at the time of your appointment about your deductible amount used. If you are there for a procedure, please be prepared to pay at least 50% of what is needed to satisfy your deductible. If there is a procedure that needs to be scheduled after your visit, you may be directed to the Billing Department for financial counseling prior to its being scheduled.

What is your question?
