When you eat if you are angry, hurt, or feeling any sad emotion then, that is a definite emotional eater, or sorrow eater. If food is something that comforts you when you are low, then it is time to either change that comfort habit to easy listening music, exercise or make sure you are eating very light food. For many people, food is more than just nutrition. Eating is something to do when you’re bored, tired, anxious or when dealing with emotions. Often these behaviors can lead to overeating.
