The dealer we bought it from does not want to work anything out and although we had no warranty, he worked on the car after we bought it and caused more damage. Didn’t fix anything but cut a hole in the floor of my car to “fix” a fuel pump and cut a tank out, lost the tank and left wires hanging everywhere. We need to sue him, but being in a new state, I don’t know where to start. I would appreciate some suggestions. Thank you. A: North Carolina has a “Lemon Law” that is supposed to help people when they get a bad deal on a car. I’ve never had to use it (thankfully) but you might want to check it out and see if you can get any satisfaction that way. Your local library should be able to get you the information on who/where to call. Also register a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Good Luck! Please don’t think all people in NC are cheats. Most of us are very nice and friendly!!
